When you put in a purchase request with Market Data Forecast, we attempt to dispatch the report as quickly as time permits. However, the more significant part of our industry reports is sent by means of email as pdf/Excel/PowerBI/PPT documents. Such electronic dispatch is usually done post to payment confirmation within 4-5 business days unless stated otherwise at the time of order confirmation.
However, if there should be customization or any such change in the report, we will dispatch the report inside the suggested timeline (worked on a case-by-case basis) from the date of the remittance receipt.

As per the internal policy of Market Data Forecast, once an Order Confirmation is signed and sent back to us, dispatch work on the report would be initiated, and any order cancellation requests would be deemed void, with the buyer liable for the payment of the complete agreed-upon amount.

Therefore, the delivery time shall be extended in such conditions, allowing us reasonable time to fulfill your requirements.
