- Archer Daniels Midland signed a deal to procure Wild Flavors, a Swiss-German natural ingredients company for 2.3 billion euros to extend its operations in the health food and flavors sectors. ADM, one of the world’s largest grain traders and a major food processor, said Monday that it will create a new business unit called Wild Flavors and Specialty Ingredients and is expected to close the deal at the end of the deal of the year.
